Our current action plan has given us the opportunity to forge ahead with reviewing and revamping the curriculum plan and teaching and learning policy.
We know that our children learn best when the curriculum is engaging, inspiring and interesting. As a result, our staff ensure children at Warden Park Primary School experience good, lively teaching; to teach the children the skills that they need for secondary school and for life.
To ensure successful learn & play we worked together, in consultation with the children, and have a thorough approach to behaviour management of pupils. All in the school work to a code of conduct:
- Expect considerate, respectful and thoughtful behaviour in classrooms, assemblies and the playground
- Have clear rules
- Praise all good behaviour
- Consistently apply sanctions for poor behaviour
Staff share high expectations of progress and will provide appropriate challenge to all pupils. We share a vision of achievement and we want our children to do their best and to succeed.
